Email access

If you are using our email service, you can use the following IMAP, SMTP and POP settings:

  • IMAP (incoming server)
    Server: yourdomainname.nl
    SSL port: 993
    Non-SSL port: 143
  • SMTP (outgoing server)
    Server: yourdomainname.nl
    SSL port: 465
    TLS port: 587
    Non-SSL port: 25
  • POP3 (incoming server)
    Server: yourdomainname.nl
    SSL port: 995
    Non-SSL port: 110

Accessing your website

If you are using our hosting service, and a WordPress website, you can login to your WordPress admin panel by going to yourwebsitename.com/wp-admin in your browser. If you forget your login details you can reset it using the login form.

How we work

  1. First meeting to discuss your needs and how we can help
  2. You will receive a quote and statement of work, so that you know the costs and to make sure we’re on the same page
  3. We start work and keep in touch, it’s all about collaboration to get the right result!
  4. We can have demos of the progress along the way if you like…
  5. When it’s finished we’ll implement and sign off the work
  6. You’ll receive the invoice and payment will be completed

Our hosting service

We will setup and manage your website, ensuring it automatically updates and providing any support you need. You will have access to the website to update or make changes to it, and we’ll show you how. You won’t have to worry about the hosting management – we take care of that technical part for you.

Migration from another website host

It is possible to migrate existing websites and email inboxes to Revibiz hosting. Please get in touch to discuss!
